The instructions to register for online access are as follows:
- Go to the payment portal at: https://www.utilitybillingsystem.net/ This will take you our billing website, called Ampstun.
- Under username, you will see Consumer Registration.
- Select that link to start the registration process. You will need to enter the name exactly as it appears on your bill (including upper and lower case letters) and the account number associated with the water account.
- You will need to provide an email address and select a password. Your email address will become your username.
- To log back into your account, you can go directly to the Ampstun website: https://www.utilitybillingsystem.net/ Enter your email address as your username and then enter the password you set up during the registration process.
- Once you are logged in to your account, you can check your balance, view your account status, make changes to your account information, sign up for auto-pay, and pay your bill by credit card or e-check.
