Attention customers, it’s that time of the year when temperatures are expected to drop well below freezing. It’s time to take proactive steps to prevent frozen pipes. Here are just a few steps you take to avoid the headache of having your pipes freeze:
- Keep sink cabinet doors open
- Cover all outdoor water spigots
- Turn off sprinkler system
- Disconnect water hoses from outdoor spigots
- Close garage doors
- Turn indoor faucet on with a slow drizzle or drip
